I was thrilled with the reading of my play. I didn’t know what to expect since it was the first time I had heard it read and it didn’t seem to fit in with the roster of the other three! But I am glad people understood it and felt it was well-written. The actors were phenomenal - especially Mary - for a cold reading. They all nailed the characters! They could easily be cast in it!

You are invited to join the Monday, Sept 15th Northport Reader’s Theater meeting in person and on ZOOM. Please email ONLY if you plan to attend, and specify if you would like to read or be an audience member and if you will be joining us in person or on Zoom. We will send the Zoom link on Sept 14th, the night before the session. The meeting will be open at 7:15pm so you can be sure to get signed in before we begin the readings at 7:30pm. We will try to assign a role/stage directions to Zoom readers who have requested to read by Sept 8th as we receive responses. They will be sent a script by Sept 9th with their assigned role. Scripts will be supplied for in person cold readings. If you are reading on Zoom, Have a copy of the play available. Please be sure you have the ability to use Zoom on your computer, smart phone, or notebook. During the discussion raise your hand to speak. Please wait to be called on. We request that if you told us you would attend but find you are unable to be there, let us know before the meeting begins.
