In the idyllic town of Big Cherry, you're invited to the monthly meeting of the city council -- full of backstabbing, personal agendas, and pet peeves.

Leslie Nemet is beyond thrilled to announce that her dream of being a published author has come true. The PlayGround Experiment picks only 25 monologues out of hundreds of submissions for their "Faces Of America" anthology & festival. Her monologue "Spillage" was chosen & will be published. The GAZA 10 minute playwriting contest.
Can you write a 10 minute play about GAZA this weekend?
(Think of Gaza as a metaphor for the Middle East, Oct 7 , USA, Israel, UK, etc., etc.).
Submission guidelines:
A. No longer than 10 minutes. No fee.
B. We are looking for NEW plays. No adaptions. Only original, unpublished and unproduced works.
C. Do Not limit yourself to 2 characters. Your story should organically DEMAND the number of characters required.
D Your script can be a Play or a Screenplay.
E. Who can enter? Writers from any country.
F. Our selections shall be final.
G. Who owns the script ? The writer. But the writer grants SCRIBBLER permission to perform a staged reading of their script in Los Angeles.
